The contract consisted of load testing and refurbishment of existing anchors on the Florence-Worcester, Hex River and Glentana cutting. The contract was further extended to include load testing and refurbishment of the South portal structure of the Huguenot Tunnel.

In total, more than 200 anchors were tested and refurbished. The contract was executed over a period of two and a half years.
