Forum Bored Piling

Forum Bored Piling is a versatile piling solution ideal for sites with restricted access or limited headroom, such as building basements or congested urban environments.

The Forum Bored Piling system consists of a tripod frame with an external motor, a winch system, 406mm pile casings, a coring tool, and a basing tool. The process involves threading and driving the casing into the ground while coring out the material inside. A base is then formed at the bottom, similar to the Driven Cast-In-Situ (DCIS) pile, creating an end-bearing pile.

This method is suitable for depths up to 12 metres and can typically achieve load capacities of 600kN to 800kN.

Key advantages include low establishment costs, suitability for confined spaces, and the ability to create limited rock sockets.
